A pair of reports have been published today that suggest Apple CEO who is currently on an official media leave from the company is considering attending Apple’s media event being held in San Francisco tomorrow.

The first report from Italian site setteB.IT says that Steve Jobs is expected to attend tomorrow’s media event based on “reassuring information”.

A second report from the more credible All Things Digital says that Jobs is “definitely considering” attending tomorrow’s event but will most likely be in the form of an appearance rather than hosting the show.

Apple will begin tomorrows event at the Yerba Buena Center for Arts in San Francisco at 10:00 am Pacific time. The event will also be simulcast to European members of the media at the BBC Televison Centre in London at 6:00 pm GMT.
