Apple has today released the third beta of iOS 4.1 which first entered the hands of developers in mid-July.

iOS 4.1 beta 3 build 8B5097d is a 599MB download for the iPhone 4 and 383MB for the iPhone 3GS and is only available to registered iPhone developers.

The OS beta release is also accompanied by a new SDK beta.
